Hey people, feeling stressed? Here's some tips...
1. GO TO THE TOILET.
2. Do 20 jumping jacks.
3. Do 5 star jumps.
4. Slap your face 10 times.
5. Wash your face twice...
6. Eat something sour!
7. Motivate yourself~
8. Make a to-do list, it helps very much.
9. NO USING OF COMPUTER ALLOWED. You must remember this.
10. NO MSN, unless you really have to for projects...appear offline!
